Date: 2006-07-17 10:40 am (UTC)*Shrugs* You do have a point, though, and I think he'd want to return. Hogwarts isn't a regular, "ew school" for him, no matter what fandom seems to think. (I hate when people apply their lives to the canon and therefore miss stuff like that - "but school sucks, man" - but that's another rant for another time).

Date: 2006-07-17 07:23 am (UTC)I was really pissed off with Snape, not so much because he killed Dumbledore, but more because of the way he treated Harry - like OotP, HBP was had that world-against-Harry factor, which is naturally frustrating for the reader.
For the same reason, I felt a lot of vindictiveness towards Draco as well. (that scene in the train where he breaks Harry's nose - biatch, much?!).
One of your options for Ron/Hermione is perfect for my reaction of Harry/Ginny; like the ship but didn't like how it played out.
I just wanted Ron and Hermione to get together, rather than have it dragged out as messily as it did.
Remus, for me, had just the right amount of book!time. Hagrid, too, and while the whole Aragog thing became stifling, I still love him. :)
Anyway, great poll! :)

Date: 2006-07-17 11:54 am (UTC)People were actually upset that Tonks had pink hair at the funeral? But it was Dumbledore. He would have loved that nice little touch.
And H/G sailed right off into the sunset. I can't wait to see what happens for them in book seven, it's all so unresolved and delcious!

Date: 2006-07-17 12:31 pm (UTC)If I make myself, I can sort of see where they are coming from. And I think at most other people's funerals, it would have been disrespectful. But I agree with you - Dumbledore would have wanted Tonks to take her pink hair. I'm actually tempted to write a fic on it.
Plus, Tonks is Tonks. Her pink hair is who she is.
