I kind of got what you were saying, but didn't have any easy references to bring up and felt like talking about myself (and that issue has been on my mind lately, but as mentioned, I can't just post about it in my LJ so I figure, taking over your post would work just as well ;) )

But I generally try not to say anything in my LJ about someone that I wouldn't be willing to say it to their face. Not that I haven't ALWAYS done that, but it's been serving me well for the most part. (now, if I actually say said things to their face isn't important, it's if I'd be willing to).

Haha. my mom is friends with me and my brother on facebook. So there has been a lot of drama with her like, spying on his facebook or something, since he's made changes with intentionally not letting it go to the feed things, but she'll still go off on him about them (latest one being him changing his religious status to athiest. didnt' go down well).
