Rosa Parks dies at 92

By refusing to give in to the racist expectations of that day, she inspired a nation.

May we all learn from her.

Actually, she knew what she was doing. There are a lot of misconceptions regarding that bus event. She was an informed lady who knew the ACLU and others were looking for just such a case as the one she presented them.

I just mentioned it because I'd been reading about how some history had been white washed and how Rosa Parks had been working for years to clear up that misconception. I think it is great what she did. I think it makes for a better story that she knew what she was doing. The truth often makes better too sometimes. The news is getting it half right here.
