Aruba teen killed.

People are just sick.

As addy_02 asked, though... where were her friends? Why did they leave her alone? Or if they didn't, why did she leave them?

I'd like to know where they were. Maybe they had good reasons for not being there, but I can't help but be curious. Not to blame them.

And also, why did she leave with men she didn't know? Especially at two in the morning.

It's all so horrible. :(

By the way did you hear about the British mother who cooked her baby. The 3 wk child died from being burnt on the stove. *shivers*

This girl, Halloway, was kidnapped while on her graduation trip in Aruba, and she left the club without her friends with the 3 guys native to the island. She's been missing for a while, and it's been all over the media and press.

I think it was part stupidity on her part. Why would you leave with three guys you don't know, especially one that sets your friends on edge, at two in the bloody morning? She put herself into this situation, but she didn't deserve to die. She definetly wasn't thinking.

That's why my dad won't let me go out of the U.S., especially for missions trips (I was going to go to Peru...). He thinks something like that will happen to me. I can't say I blame him, with all the horrible news stories like this one, but still...

Yeah, the only reason I knew about this is because my dad made me wathc the news coverage so he could give me a lecture. ;)

I figured she was dead as soon as they didn't find her within two days. Not very bright to leave with guys she doesn't know, some of the guys seeming extremely odd, and going by herself.

I've been following that on the news, and it's really tragic :( I'm out of the country right now (Greece baby!!!!!), so it's pretty scary. I like to think I'm smarter than that, though.
