Main fandoms (i.e. that you actively participate in): I am not actually in a fandom right now. BUT, I was in Gundam W fandom in the late 90s, know enough about Weiss Kreuz that is scares me and if Black Lagoon had a fandom of any substantiality I'd be there disturbing myself and others.

Ships: I am into any ship that's thoughtfully presented. I will defend Relena fics to hardcore 1x2x1 shippers.

Favorite TV shows: Adventure Time!; Black Lagoon; The Gummi Bears (quiet you); Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends; Cowboy Bebop; Gurren Lagann; Red Dwarf; Blackadder.

Favorite movies: Whisper at the Window; The Ralph Bakshi Lord of the Rings; Blood on the Roses.

Other hobbies and interests

Wait, wait, wait! So, what are you actually into? Writing, reading, beading, sewing, cooking, BJDs, lampworking and having stupid adventures.

Writing: I run a slice-of-life relationship drama about a bunch of assassins on rainbowfic. I'm also planning to get off my duff and write a goddamn novel this year. Because the one I got my username from self-destructed. Anyway, the only fanfiction I've written lately is for other people who post there, but I can fandom-style chat it up with the best of 'em.

Beading: I do off loom beadweaving. Currently, I am working my way through all of the projects in this woman's book: http://www.trytobead.com/ . Other beaders I admire include Paolo Bottoni (two Japanese women), Peter Sewell, Laura McCabe and Marcia DeCoster. On the weekends, I hang out with a bunch of older women, drink and bead. This is more awesome than you could possibly imagine. I'm also the resident lampwork apprentice, meaning I play with hot glass.

BJDs I haven't posted a lot about them lately, but I have 25+ ball-joint dolls, mostly of the fluffy fantasy varieties. My favorite company is Soom.

What sort of things do you post? Writer wank, stuff that happens to me at work, pictures of things I've beaded, the odd rant and stuff my mother does. She thinks she's still sixteen. She is way funnier than I am.

What sort of fandom activities do you participate in? Anger, flailing and meta, mostly. I have no objection to fandom, it's just not what I do right now. Although, I still find it very interesting.

Anything else? I'm a die-hard equality advocate, I really hate Frank Herbert and I would prefer to friend people actually interested in making friends.
