Community Finale

I wasn't sure how to feel about the Community finale, and whether or not I found Britta painfully in character or out of character.
I mean, on one hand, she seems like she's above being petty. On the other hand, we know she's messed up, and we know she's not really supposed to be a nice person. Even her good deeds are things she feels she should do; she joined Peace Corps not because "I had a passion to help people" but because "I thought it would impress Radio Head."
As for Jeff/Annie, I don't know. There's about a sixteen-seventeen year age gap. I mean, I shipped characters with a twelve year age gap, but that was different. Twelve years is different than sixteen years, and besides, the woman in the pairing was older than Annie. It's too bad that there is such an age gap, because I actually love the pairing otherwise.
At least Abed was great, as always. And yay to the mention of Gary, although I wish we knew who the heck he was.

And I agree about the Jeff/Annie thing. I like the *idea* of Jeff/Annie, but the age difference does make me a little squeamish. The actor who plays Jeff is 38. If they transferred his real age to the show, that would be a 19-20 year age difference, which is yucky. So I'm assuming they are hollywood-izing his age downward by at least 5-6 years, making him 32-33, a 13-15 year gap (depending on whether or not Annie is 19 yet). That's not quite as creepy, but still a little too much for my tastes.
