When someone keeps molesting kids, among other crimes, you'd think that law officials would keep the jerk in prison.

But no, he got a chance to murder an innocent little girl.

I don't think that you should have/i> to worry about keeping your door locked when you go out. I mean, I know you have to do it, but I think it's sort of sad that that's the case.
