Hints in the PoA Movie?

author_by_nightJKR has said that the PoA movie had at least five hints, or something like that.

I just can't figure out what they were, and I just saw PoA (again) in June, save this possibiity: Snape did shield the trio from Gollumwolf Werewolf!Remus. This does clearly imply that Snape doesn't want them dead, despite all first impressions.
Has anyone else spotted any other clues?
