What was your name on the Harry Potter AOL message boards and when did you hang out there? That was my first encounter with "fandom," I hung out there around 2002-2003ish, between the CoS movie and OotP release. Were you there too?

That place was a little bit of a nightmare. The number one thing I remember is the countless arguements on whether James was a Chaser or a Seeker. Also all the I LOVE DAN/RUPERT/TOM/SEAN BIGGERSTAFF posts. :D It's a wonder I got into the fandom at all.
OMB! I tried getting on my old AOL account to check, but I don't have AOL anymore. :( Do you remember what was in your signature or anything? That might trigger a memory.
That's pretty nifty! That was actually where my obsession began. Through that I found MuggleNet and started getting obsessed. How cool is that?
