I love your filk! I've almost never read filk before and didn't realise this was even done.

(I can't comment on I've Got a Theory because LJ but it was very aww :) )

Thank you! To be honest, I feel like filking is a very old school concept, especially now that people have YouTube and can just create actual song parodies, rather than writing them out like I do here. I just can't sing worth a damn, and also, I hate the idea of going on YouTube. But even many years ago (2009ish?), I posted a filk and people had no idea what a filk was.

It's definitely older than that; I saw it floating around in 1999, but never picked one up to read. At the same time I saw song parodies and replaced lyrics &etc but never put two and two together. Better late than never, I guess.
