Angel and Cordelia fell in love On the Down Low, so even though there were no kisses that weren't spell-related (yet), we got some wonderful, wonderful moments, like the end of Provider.
I loved the Connor arc for Darla's angle alone. Otherwise, I saw no point in bringing a baby into the show, except to give Angel something else to lose.
