So in my "ficverse" if you will, which still needs to be written, Remus and Tonks give birth to two lovely girls, Iris and Rhea.

Well, I'm reading my Mythology book - I'm very into mythology - and start reading the myth of Remus and Romulus (the Roman ones, Linda, not your Remus and Romulus).

Remus and Romulus's Mother's name? Rhea. ^^

This has happened before, too. Tonks has a best friend named Artemis (as most of you know); well, after deciding that, long after, I read that the Goddess Artemis had Nymphs as servants. I also found out she was the Goddess of the Hunt (I thought just the Moon at the time), which made her being Remus's sister a little ironic.

Any of you ever hd one of "those moments"?

That's crazy! Maybe some of that mythology sank into your subconscious...

In the original work that I'm writing now, two of the main characters (destined for each other) were clamoring to be named Theo and Dorothy. I couldn't figure out why, until my sister pointed out that "Theodore" and "Dorothy" were the same name, only backwards. That was odd.

Sometimes. Like finding out that Fairlea and Amberley are both small towns in the province I was moving to. I know there are others, but I can't quite remember them at the present time.

The Rhea one is great, though. *g*
