I don't know why I think this. It just came into my head.

Hm. It's certainly possible. I'm pretty sure there will be a chapter title associated with him, but I'm inclined to think that it won't contain his name. After all, 87% of readers are not as obsessive as fandom and are still going to be surprised by Regulus' importance in the story.
