This is really great! I like seeing the different insights into his life.

One teeny concrit.

"3. Charlie is the only person, apart from her parents, allowed to call Dora by that name. The reason for this is that Dora discovered Charlie's (poorly hidden) dragon collection; they now have an agreement that as long as Dora doesn't tell anyone else, even Adam and Felicia, he doesn't have to call her Tonks."

This has Tonks giving Charlie a privilege contingent on what she does. Normally Person A consents to something if Person B does something else. But you have it all about Person A. Does that make sense?
