And this, my friends, is exactly why we need stricter laws against sex offenders.

When someone keeps molesting kids, among other crimes, you'd think that law officials would keep the jerk in prison.

But no, he got a chance to murder an innocent little girl.

America, wake up: Until we worry more about these creeps and less about spilled coffee, nothing is going to change.
