I feel the same. Those little girls were so innocent, with their minds untouched with endless images of violence we see on TV, in the movies etc. They had to be very frightened. Yet, the eldest of them was so brave, and apparently felt responsible for the younger girls.
Yeah. To be fair, they probably did know there were psychos out there, but not necessarily not many. And really, I don't think anyone knows what it's "like" until it happens to them.
