Yeah, same. For maybe a year or two, it was fun, but then it started to get really mean.
I played with Barbies into my teens. Shh. ;) Though I will say, they were always more props for story-telling. So it was less "lalala make Barbie's hair prettyful" and more the way I'd eventually play The Sims. For instance, one of my barbies was a teen mom.
