I think Andy gives Erin more personality, whereas Erin tones Andy's overwhelming personality down a notch. They seem more like characters than caricatures together.

Yeah, Angela must be that desperate. It still seemed weird, but then again, Dwight and Angela aren't exactly the essence of normality. :p And it did bring out the "lulz" as they say.
