What time will it be? Well, it will be from 4 PM EST till whenever - it usually lasts until 11 PM EST.

Thanks to my new toy, I've figured that out for you guys. I obviously could not find every time zone, but hopefully it'll help. Since the chat usually ends around 11-11:30 EST (see below), add 7 hours.

Toronto/Montreal//New York/Tampa/Santiago: 4:00 PM (16:00.)

Lima/Dallas/Chicago/Mexico City/Winnipeg: 3:00 PM. (15:00.)

Edmonton/Denver/Bozeman: 2:00 PM. (14:00.)

Seattle/Los Angeles/Vancouver: 1:00 PM. (13:00.)

Brisbane/Adelaide/Sydney: 6:00 AM.

Darwin: 5:30 AM.

Shangai/Hong Kong/Singapore/Manila: 4:00 AM.

Dublin/Edinburgh/London: 9:00 PM. (20:00).

Berlin/Brussels/Madrid: 10:00 PM. (21:00).

Moscow: 12:00 AM (Sunday.)

Why not? Fictiongoddess from the Quill comes sometimes from, um, somewhere in Australia. Saturday night for me is apparently Sunday morning from her.

Because it's 6 am Sunday morning and I need my beauty sleep. :-)

Incidentally, during Daylight Savings time, the timezone differences are different, so that might be when she comes.

True, but you have seven hours, so could always come later in the morning or at noon. Or are you a late sleeper?

It's 6 a.m. there at 4 p.m. here, but there's never anyone in chat then. She would come at like 7 or 8 p.m. here, which the WorldClock says is more like 9 a.m. in Sydney. 'Course, 9 a.m. is still beauty-sleep time for many of us!
